The Appraisal Status Dashboard report gives an overview of appraisals in the system. The Appraisal Status Detailed report gives more information on appraisal status.
Upon opening Advanced Analytics (and running the Performance Pro V2.0 App), the overview of the standard sheets displays. Click on Appraisal Status Dashboard.
From the Employee Status “Select Here” box, click Active, then the green checkmark. This will filter the data based on active employees. Once selected, the filter will appear above the dashboard until it is removed. The filter will stay if you move to another sheet.
Click in the Appraisal Process “Select Here” box, select the appraisal process(es) you desire, then the green checkmark. This will filter out all appraisals except for the selected one(s).
You may also filter by a specific Company Unit, position, employee, appraiser, and multi-appraiser by using the Company Units and Additional Filters areas. If so, make the desired selections then click the green checkmark.
From the Appraisal Dates area select the date range(s) you desire to filter by. Options to choose from include Appraisal Review Period, Appraisal End Year, and Appraisal Due Year. Click the option, make your date selection, then click the green checkmark.
By selecting a review period, you will be able to see how many of your appraisals are completed and the current stage of each appraisal.
To Access Completed Appraisals
From the Total Appraisal Count graph on the right side of the screen, click on the Last Appraisal and Historical Appraisal bars, then the green checkmark if you wish to view data on only completed appraisals. An alternate way to view only completed appraisals is to click on the “Yes” from the Appraisal Complete Status donut chart.
To Access Currently Open Appraisals
Click on Current Appraisal to only view data on current open appraisals.
Below the filters, each step of the appraisal process in Performance Pro is displayed in donut charts according to the applied filters. The charts include:
