Displays multi-appraiser scores for individual evaluation criterion (Core Values, Factors/Competencies, Goals.) Low scores can give you an indication of areas in which an employee could benefit from additional training or coaching.
Upon opening Advanced Analytics (and running the Performance Pro V2.0 App), the overview of the standard sheets displays. Click on the Appraisal Status Dashboard to apply filters. (We will move to the Multi-Appraiser Appraisal Scores Report after applying filters.)
Click in the Employee Status “Select Here” box, click Active, then the green checkmark. This will filter the data based on active employees. Once selected, the filter will appear above the dashboard until it is removed. The filter will stay if you move to another sheet.
Click in the Appraisal Process “Select Here” box, select the desired appraisal process(s), then the green checkmark. This will filter out all appraisals except for the selected one(s).
Click on the Sheets dropdown in the upper right corner. Click on Multi-Appraiser Appraisal Scores. This will take you to the Multi-Appraiser Appraisal Scores report.
From the Appraisal Dates area select the date range(s) you desire to filter by. Options to choose from include Appraisal Review Period, Appraisal End Year, and Appraisal Due Year. Click the option, make your date selection, and click the green checkmark.
Note:
The Goals Exist? filter can be used if you have the need to see those employees who do not have any goals currently entered on their appraisal. Clicking “No” will filter and show you only appraisals that do not include goals. Click “Yes” to see appraisals with goals.
From the Appraisal Complete Status area choose “Yes” to view only appraisals that have been marked “Complete.” This will display Last and Historical Appraisals. Choose “No” to view current appraisals which have not been marked “Complete” yet.
If you choose to view open current appraisals, keep in mind that they are not closed to changes. Some may be incomplete, and scores may change while the appraisal moves through the appraisal process.
This report displays Multi-Appraiser Individual Scores in table format. Information includes employee name, position, period, appraisal process, multi-appraiser name, evaluation criterion type, overall weight (of that criterion type), criterion name, criterion weighting, and multi-appraiser score. The filter buttons at the top of the table will dictate what information displays in the table.
Click on a filter button to filter by that item.
The chart above the table displays averages of individual criterion (Goal, Factor/Competency, Core Value.) These scores are company averages.
Keep in mind that if you are viewing current appraisals (those not completed), these averages will keep changing as scores are entered or changed.
Click on a criterion from the chart and the table information will display only that type of criterion.
The report can easily be exported. Refer to the article “Advanced Analytics – Downloading/Exporting Data” for information.
