The Overdue Appraisals report lets you see which employees and appraisers have not started the appraisal process. You can also see who hasn’t marked the appraisal as Ready for Meeting (RFM).
Upon opening Advanced Analytics (and running the Performance Pro V2.0 App), the overview of the standard sheets displays. Click on the Overdue Appraisals sheet.
Click in the Employee Status “Select Here” box, click Active, then the green checkmark. This will filter the data based on only active employees. Once selected, the filter will appear above the dashboard until it is removed. The filter will stay even if you move to another sheet.
Click in the Overdue Appraisals “Select Here” box, click Yes, then the green checkmark. This will filter out all appraisals that are NOT overdue.
The chart at the bottom of the screen displays the number of overdue appraisals by company units (Department, Division, Location.) Click the unit selector at the bottom center of the chart to display other unit options. Choose a different unit, if desired.
To see who the overdue appraisals belong to, jump to the next report, the Overdue Appraisals Detailed Report, by clicking the right arrow located at the top, right corner of the screen.
The Overdue Appraisals Detailed report will now display. Note that the filters previously applied, active employees and overdue appraisals, are still in place. Detailed employee information for overdue appraisals now displays in a table format. Information includes:
- Employee Name
- Position
- Appraiser
- Period
- Appraisal Due Date
- Days Overdue by End Date
- Days Overdue by Due Date
- Employee Started Status
- Employee RFM Status
- Appraiser Started Status
- Appraiser RFM Status
You can also apply more filters to drill down on specific data. For example: you may only want to see which employees have not started their appraisal or which appraisers have not marked RFM. Use the filters above the table to filter the specific information you are looking for.
